The following is Lee Bumgarner's instant classic GRF, which is currently
being posted my humble self (Zoli Fekete); all the credit and glory for
putting this together still belongs to Lee, but he is going to be off-line
indefinitely so I took upon handling the mechanics of keeping the document
on-line. Any editing errors and the like are my responsibility - please
email any corrections and hatemail (the latter will be cheerfully ignored)
to me! I know that the formatting is rather rough yet, please bear with me
until I have time to re-edit it (eager volunteers to do it are gladly
accepted).
