Thanks for asking.  I've had to hand over responsibilities for the FAQ
posting to Mike Klawansky (he's the cc on this), who may be as
intimidated by the whole procedure as I was initially.  So, I think
it's still active (don't be shy Mike) and the point of contact should
be changed to point to him.
