Hi, Emily. The FAQ is still active "in principle," but I have been
mostly offline for a while (a nerve compression problem in my right
arm, among other things). Am only now getting around to reading many
weeks of back email.

I am trying to find a new maintainer -- hopefully the FAQ will be back
on schedule in the not too distant future.

Best,
