Entering a New Bug:
When you first log in you will be at the Query page, click on the link 'Create a new bug' at the bottom of the page to enter a new bug into the system.  This will take you to the 'Enter Bug' page.
Simply fill in the following fields:

Severity:  Do your best to select the severity level of the bug.  If it's something that crashed the program, please mark it 'Critical', if it's a suggestion for a new feature, use 'Enhancement'.

Summary:  Enter a brief description of the bug - summarizing what it is.

Description:  A full description of the bug, including game number, if appropriate.  Please provide us with as much relevant information as you can, such as - what exactly were you doing when the bug happened, had anything else unusual happened at about the same time, etc.

Commit:  Click this button to enter the new bug.

Query Page:
The Query Page allow you to search the existing bugs in Magic Online's bug system based on the criteria you select in this page.

This page is VERY useful for searching  to see if an issue you have found has already been reported by another player.  Please do not input duplicate bugs, if at all possible.

Basically the items on this page are fairly self explanatory.  Once you have set up the parameters that you would like to search all the bugs for, click on the 'Submit Query' button located at the bottom of the page.  A report of bugs that match the criteria you set will then be generated for you.

Does the bug exist already?
To search and see if the bug you have found is already in the database, the fastest way to do this is to enter a single word directly related to the bug in the 'Summary' field in the middle of this page and then click 'Submit query'.

NOTE: searching Bugzilla using the 'Description' field is currently disabled.

Any bugs that contain the word you have specified in their description will be shown.  You can examine these bugs to see if another users has already found the same problems and reported it.  You are also allowed to add comments to existing bugs.
