01. More theme enforcement.  A brief atmospheric rundown for Gauro PC's (it's
    supposed to be dark).  BC is too warm and cuddly, friendly,
    superfriends-esque, fera and garou get along too well.

    of savage horror.

05. Enforcement of PC's playing Tribal Flaws and defined explanations of what
    they are.  Example: Bone Gnawers are still wolves. Not pitt bulls, golden
    retrievers, or german shepards.
06. BG Clarification on Lupus form.  A BG in Lupus is still breaking the veil.
07. Some people want it to be easier to get a Changing Breed Sanctioned.
    Others wants it to be harder with a background check on the player to make
    sure the player knows the game.
08. PC's seem to think its only the PC's in the entire city.  They tend to
    forget the are millions of NPC's.
09. More Ananasi Coverage.
10. Enforcement of respect (especially towards Elders) and punishment (more
    Punishment Rites) of disrespect (maybe killing them if they don't learn
    respect).
11. Killing PC's because they aren't playing correctly may lead to resentful
    and/or spiteful PC's.  Make sure they learn the game so they won't make
    the same mistakes in future characters.
12. Garou shouldn't reveal private things about themselves in public/around
    mortals.
13. Garou should be more animalistic.
14. PC's should start as mortals before playing a Garou or other supernaturals.
15. if a person continues to be a problem with the Reps Game venue, the rep
    has the right to get a ST or ASST ST to test the person for proper
    knowledge.  Like what they did for the Bastet.
16. Player Reps could write the tests for their tribes.
17. Players and ST's should think about constructing long-range stories, epic
    battles, intrigues, spiritual meetings in the Umbra.  ST's could Sanction
    a story, or decide not to.  Because it takes a while to plan an involved
    plot, the ST's wouldn't be flooded.  Once a SL is sanctioned, the ST would
    give the player permission to run the SL.
18. Animals (wild wolves) are not pets; one can't cuddle with them on sight.
    One should lose fingers or otherwise become harmed.
19. Don't complain OOC when your character is killed.
20. Read and understand the Litany before playing a Garou.

22. Realistic NPC's.  BSD shouldn't be easy to kill, they have gifts too.
23. BSD are NPC's and controlled.  They are not to be PC's.  Experienced
    players should get BSD's like other Changing Breeds.

26. Shifter/shifter mating.  Work on breeding issues. Separate mating rules

36. Spruce Lake should have a pw room.  Lupus go to the Lake only to be driven
    away by Hengies, only a matter of time before someone frenzies (the Lake
    has tourists around).
37. Map depicting who has claims to what land. the NB map isn't detailed
    enough.  Like Spruce Lake now belonging to the Crystal Waters Court.
38. A Garou needs to spend too much XP to say they know a particular lore
    about tribes, Fera, Umbra, and other supernaturals.
