Fume source naming conventions
------------------------------

1. All macros accepting arguments are in uppercase, along with macros
representing constants and enumerations. Currently, the only
preprocessor macros written in lowercase are function aliases
	(for instance, '#define fume_tfree tfree' in fmem.h).

2. All defined type names are in initial caps.

3. All functions and variables are in lower case.

4. Internal capitalization is right out.

5. Abbreviations are used only to prevent line breaks. Underscores are
	used to break up words.
