Directions to John Kohl's house, 8 Lorne Road, Arlington, MA:

a) by bus: Take #77 from Harvard Sq (or anywhere along Mass. Ave.) to the
end of the line in Arlington Heights.  Walk about 1/2 block further
north Mass. Ave., to Paul Revere Road (on your left, at the Gulf station).
Take Paul Revere Road to the first right (Sutherland, a steep hill).
Walk up Sutherland; it curves to the right (at Spring St.) and then
sharply to the left. Lorne Road is the next street on the left.

b) by car: drive to Mass. Ave. in Arlington, head north 
almost to the Lexington border.  You will cross Park Ave. at a traffic
light then pass the Arlington Heights bus depot on your right.  Proceed
with the above directions.
Or, take Route 2 to the Park Ave. exit.  Take Park Ave. over and down
the hill.  Turn left on to Paul Revere road one block before you get to
Mass. Ave. (at the corner with a church--you will turn left immediately
beyond the church).  (If you hit Mass. Ave., just turn left and follow
above directions).  Turn left up Sutherland, bear right then left, and
then turn left onto Lorne Road.
