INN was started on enterpoop last night.  And guess what?
It doesn't automatically newgroup newgroups.  They have to be done by hand.
Should I do the latest batch?  Should this be changed?  This is probably the
Right Thing (tm) to do, but it does mean a lot more work for the admins.
Oh, and it drops all srticles in groups it doesn't know about (it doesn't
believe in junk), so this will have to be taken care of soon, though
nobody is reading off of enterpoop, so it is not critical, but we do
want to keep the machines in sync or they will keep on resending
the same articles.

If it is possible to selectively control, on a hierarchy basis, which newgroups get run automatically
and which get done by hand, then we should probably allow everything execpt
alt.* to happen automatically, and do alt.* by hand.
If not, then we should probably allow all newgroups to happen automatically,and
to the rmgroups by hand, the same way we do on the other servers.
