Because Passover is to be celebrated in the spring, and because snow
is still on the ground in the northeast USA, the Batim Din of Boston,
New York, Montreal, and Philadelphia have all agreed to retroactively
change this month to Adar II. This only applies in the northeast USA,
whose calender will be a month behind until the next Adar II. If you
are travelling between the northeast USA and anywhere else, CYLOR for
whether to observe Pesach or Purim next week.

Hag semeach!
