nope, hand stays hidden

3 players:
take the caocao beans out of play. everybody gets a third bean field at
start of game at no cost. game ends, when pile is exhausted for the second
time (instead of third).

4 to 5 players:
take out coffeebeans.

6 to 7 players:
take out caocao- and garden beans. starting player gets 3, left neighbor 4,
next one 5 cards at start of game. all others get six. in action 4: "draw
new bean cards" you draw four instead of three. a third beanfield costs only
two instead of three gold.

caocao bean: "Kakaobohne"
coffee bean: "Kaffeebohne"
garden bean: "Gartenbohne"
