Who wants to live in a pit?

This is called the pit for two reasons:

1. This is where the orchestra sat when it performed in the parties.
2. It is the actual pit of the ballroom, being underneath the platform of beds in the ballroom.

Residential Advisor

Our residential adviser (RA), Chris Vu (CDV '04), lives here. MIT requires that we have a RA. Chris loves the house so much that spending his entire undergrad years here wasn't enough for him, so he decided to stay as our RA. After finally obtaining a BS in Comp. Sci. he is currently pursuing a career in the music industry (He made the top 100 for American Idol 2!) and is always out doing gigs. If you see this small creature running around, feel free to feed this starving artist! He prefers Bachmann's Nacho chips.
