Yes and no. As far as paperwork goes, I have to have a proposal signed
and turned in by the 11th. But your signature and the thesis title are
the only things the M.Eng. office cares about. So we can split it into
the paperwork part, where you look at it for two minutes, make sure it
is the same thing we talked about, and then we sign it; and the review
part, after the 12th, once you're no longer swamped.
