Hello,

I'm working on a thesis at MIT on implementing scheduler activations
on NetBSD, and I've been trying to find the code for your
implementation for BSD/386 that is referred to by your paper
"Scheduler Acvivations on BSD: Sharing Thread Management Between
Kernel and Application". The paper says that the kernel changes are
publicly avaliable, but I haven't found them. Are they still
avaliable?

Also, your "Papers" page links to
http://www.eecs.harvard.edu/~chris/libmyth.tar.gz for what I assume is
the userland portion of the code, but the link is stale.

Thank you for your time.
