Hi. I've been hacking away at the proposal for my MEng thesis (the
NetBSD scheduler activations stuff) for a while, and I'd like to go
over it with you and get a bit of guidance.

It's already up to ten pages of actual text, which I've gathered is a
bit overboard, and there are plenty of things I haven't talked about,
so I'd like to figure out what can be dropped from the proposal and
what needs to be fleshed out.

When is a good time? I could also toss the current draft online
somewhere if you'd like to glance at it first.

Thanks.
