Dates covered: 3/7/92 to 3/13/92

What I did:

I worked on the forms for the UROP office.  I wrote my proposal, and
the form now awaits Tim McGovern's signature.  I converted it to LaTeX
in order to get a nicely printed output.  

I started keeping a log of my activities.

I read the IS and the DCNS 5-year plans.

I got most of the discuss meetings that I need to worry about added to
my .meetings file.

I'm switching Status reports to include Sat and Sunday at the end of
the week instead of at the beginning.

Plan for next week: read the five-year plan of DCNS and IS.
		    read further in Internetworking with TCP/IP
		    Meet people.

To do list:
		(done) read the five year plan of DCNS 
		UROP Forms
		get familiar with Macs in general
		look into converting a big archive of mail to a
	discuss meeting (meeting apple-ip)
		set up finger server hack for jff.mit.edu
		possibly set up a discuss meeting for status reports
		write up a sheet on how to switch CD's on the Mac file
	server
		meet people
		look into electronic inactive bank account database
	support...
		soundex support?
		calendar pictures (mounting, etc.)
