Dynodump testsuite

To run the test:

	make test

You'll see gobs of marginally interesting information.

Sorry, I didn't bother testing this testsuite with GNU
make or gcc.

Also, if you're using the 4.0 Sun C compiler, read the
commentary in the Makefile in this directory and edit
to suit.
