Chairman's Report: He's back. talked to beth re: consulting in general. The e-mail is somewhere in spook's hierachy. Stopped by today to see her response. Doesn't see why we would want any sort of control in the matter. Still have't found JIS to talk to about foo. (Random discussion that I couldn't hear. Also a user comes in with compose question.) Office Report: Default state (i.e. Massachusetts) Athena Report: 6 modems are supposedly working (srz). Telecommunications Report: None. We are all mute. Publications Report: Speechless. R/O Report: | | -> Default IAP Report: | Other: Our former vice chairman is back in town until tomorrow. If he decides to work here he will also stay. Other Other: Our esteemed and exalted present vice chairman had earlier expressed the desire to be attending and mayhap even participating in the activites. There were two reasons which, although not expressly voiced was evident to all as the default reasons. 1) Stan, being an upright and conscientious public officer was chary of compromising his duties as vice_chariman. 2) Stan is also such an excellent athelete with such a plethora of finely tones muscles that to compete against mere college student amatuers would be ungentlemanly and unseemly. N.B. These two reasons are not necessarily in order of importance. Henry, simsong and spook went to a movie Fri night and saw a video for "Harlem Shuffle" that was "horrible" according to Ken. By stating the following fact in as obtuse and circumloquatious manner as possible it is the sincere, if frivolous, wish of this secretary, and perhaps other members at large, that contained under this above heading of "Othere Othere" there resides more textual information and misinformation than in the sum of all other headings in their totality combined. Glancing casually over the previous precedings herein recorded it appears that the possibility mentioned above is indeed a veracity. The meeting was adjourned at 1943.7.
