Aphrodite has been a yo-yo. Computer Services: PS/2: getting better. klee solved the 0k problem by recompiling bash. Amiga: rlcarr volunteers to find out how much it will cost to repair it. rfrench still trying to find a notary. jik and tytso were thinking of pushing NetNews on the faculty, because of ClariNet. However, there are certain problems regarding certain newsgroups and their potential reception by the faculty. However, there seems to be somewhat optimal solutions. Ronald-Ann Backup Report: jik will learn how to do backups after the meeting. Publications Report: Need more Getting Started from GA. We need more copies of Iness. LaTeX. rlcarr volunteers. We need to throw hardware at the publication racks. Or we could just put the less popular docs in a drawer. The on-line Inessential AFS document is more up-to-date than the original hardcopy. R/O Report: Yeah, right. IAP Report: It's IAP (surprise, surprise). qjb's GWM class went ok. web's Xlib class overflowed, but web pruned it down to only the people who really knew C. amgreene recommends Matthew Carter's talk on fonts.
