We started with the draft of the mail to be sent to the SIPB at large
and modified it quite a bit on paper.  After some amount of frobbing,
we came up with a version that should work.  Once we get jhawk's
approval on the final version, we should be able to send it.  This is
expected to be sometime tomorrow.

We then went on to brainstorm internal questions, to be examined by
the committee.  These will not be listed in the public minutes for
some time, as reading the list may bias responses to the survey.

Then we decided on the next meeting, and the agenda.

Sunday, 4-6pm in 1-273.  
Agenda: discussion of responses

Monday, 6-7:15pm in 1-273.
Agenda: discussion of responses and potential straw polls to present
those present at the SIPB general meeting

Then we spent the rest of the time brainstorming hypothetical
situations that can be used as test cases later in the process.
Again, these ideas will not be listed here, as the list could bias
responses to the survey.  We want responses to the survey to reflect
what issues are currently top on the minds of SIPB affiliates.
