We met and finished making all those changes to the constitution that we talked about making for a while. We can now have elections. (yay!) Office Report: jweiss: Move to get rid of the exabyte tape stacker at teh discretion the Office Czar in Charge of Special Operations. zacheiss: Second PASSES: white ballot golem: Move to allocate up to $100 for Advanced Compiler Design and Implementation by Steven Muchnick. It's the only of the current 6.035 books we don't have, and I think it's the most useful. amu: Second PASSES: WHITE BALLOT marc: I move that we get rid of the pickled-herring at the discretion of the Office Czar in Charge of Special Operations. zacheiss: Second marc: when was it last used? zacheiss: Sam logged into it a while ago to build krb5 for it. We should get rid of it because of this, because Sam has better things to do with his time. jweiss: It's arguably the most useful login head in the rack. MIT Computing Report: zacheiss: Class of 1999 people who are being deactivated are being mailed right now. zacheiss: There is an ``I can't believe that it's not a patch release'' going out tonight to fix a `retrying host configuration endlessly on boot' problem. zacheiss: Usually OLC consultants open the eclassrooms to increase the number of heads.
