This resulted in the death of a pedestrian. bds: Some people have found out that if you use older rokus, and play pokemon sword and shield, then the roku will get stuck in a boot loop. mitimmy: apparently the first few bytes of data is the reboot code for the roku. bbaren: the roku is a device that uses wifi, but only has one antenna, so when you use the remote, you can't use the internet. npfoss: in incompetence news, messenger was down recently. quentin: in incompetence news, someone set a laser cutter on fire in 38 masimo: in incompetence news, [new intel vulnerability]. bbaren: [explains intel vulnerability in more detail], you need a micro patch and kernel update. kjchen: drop date is sooner than you think cela: keybase does not have a way to block people. keybase is an alternative to PGP for the web of trust. cela: reminder, for anyone in this room making a platform to share things, make sure there is a way to block people.
