Hotline has been notified. ghudson: What about book shelves and chairs? kretch: I will talk to people about them. MIT Computing Report: mhpower: The student services center opened in 3-123. There is an Athena workstation there. If you want to get passwords or extra instances, this would be a good target. jhawk: Athena lost no disks this week, not even on the server nix. Computer Services: ghudson: We got disks; they are being tested on yaz. They will probably go on beacon tonight. mhpower: The SIPB news servers try to pgp-verify some control messages. This should help in situations similar to the recent attempt to rmgroup news.announce.newgroups. SIPB Backup Report: hartmans: AFS is happening; it may have happened last week. I don't think so, but yonah does. nathanw: People should deal with backup tapes after they do the backup. Publications Report: jhawk: We are still out of Athena reference cards.
