We should not spread holes all over the floor. mycroft: There appear to be things on the coat rack that should be purged. Office Cleaning Report: pipa: I cleaned the fridge and threw out smelly shit. yandros: It sort of happened. If anyone knows how we got equipment for attaching stuff to desks, it appears to be failing now. [It's not clear if yandros implied replacing with the same equipment or not.] elliot: The hooks came from Microcenter. rjbarbal: The velcro came from Economy Hardware. MIT Computing Report: '() Computer Services: mhpower: There are a couple server things going on. news.answers does most work in /afs/sipb/project/periodic-postings, that directory will largely be not publically readable. Our webster servers have been worked on by jered so it covers more cases of MIT networks. There may be a webster server upgrade. The Ultra 60 may be taken out fairly soon for the news server replacement. If you have files on tess, then they should get copied. SIPB Backup Report: yandros: I believe kretch did AFS. I think all or at least most UFS happened. Publications Report: cmcoury: aurora suggested I write "iNetscape". It's mostly done. Do people want to comment on it or want to use it as a SIPB doc? rjbarbal: Posta a draft copy on the bulletin board to collect comments. Finally, a version is released after the author feels it is final. mhpower: 4.07 of Netscape was released yesterday. Orientation Report: '() IAP Report: elliot: xela is dealing with IAP. sly: xela has a class that conflicts with SIPB meetings. He will prepare a report to be read in his absence. eichin: Does anyone have an idea of room reservation deadlines? elliot: If you want a particular room, you should consider reserving now, but xela will deal with this eventually.
