Minutes of the SIPB Meeting of 03/22/2004


The meeting was called to order at 19:30 by jtu.

Treasurer's Report:
	jtu: He's not here.

Chairman's Report:
	jtu: I'm recovering from the flu.

	golem: I failed in my attempt to grasp power.

	merolish: I came in this morning to find this stuff all over the
		carpet.
	wjh: It's concrete dust that snuck in on my shoes.  Apologies.

MIT Computing Report:
	jhawk: Webmail got upgraded yesterday.  Supposedly it's better
		than ever before.  It's still abysmally slow.

	jhawk: In a fit of nominal unlameness, I reviewed the campus map
		changes that were deployed in June and communicated my
		review to the campus map people explaining why they
		suck.  They explained that they suck because they had to
		lay off people doing their job.

	golem: The Stata Center network is fucked up already.
	jhawk: The Stata Center has added new networks to MITnet:
		128.30/16, 128.31/16, and 192.12.11/24
