	The meeting was called to order at 19:32 by Bill Gimbel.

		TREASURER'S REPORT

	month-to-date student spending: 2142.19
	year-to-date student spending: 2142.19
	
          month-to-date sipb/sipbadmin spending: 4392.53
          year-to-date  sipb/sipbadmin spending: 4392.53      
	

		VICE CHAIRMAN'S REPORT

	We must vote for the new prospectives, Anand and Chun.  There are
only 5 active voting members. We all vote Anand, Chun, *AND* Henry Holtzman.
Pretty neat trick huh?  He's been here quite a few times already and is a
reasonable person.

                    ATHENA REPORT

Simson says he's deleting hack because we have newhack; xhack is even newer
than newhack.  He also wrote a new cp.  "Copy" is much better than
cp-according to slg.  It will go in /usr/unsupported/sipb.  Anyone else who'd
like to be suckered into doing more of this kind should talk to simsong.

		OFFICE REPORT

Oh no!  Simson says the walls of Ramblin Root Beer are getting annoying.  But
really, Ken is the one who sits at the Multics terminal the most.  

                    SOCIAL COMMITTEE REPORT

We're still waiting for sweatshirts to come.  DMSmith will want one the next
time we order shirts.

		TELECOMMUNICATIONS REPORT

Slg hooked up another z19 to go on the concentrator.


		R/O REPORT

We wrote a letter to send out to the sites we're going to visit. The places
that we're going to (as of now) are:

Carla got mail from Vince.  He bought a Toyota Corola SR-Foobar, with a
sunroof.  And his sister and Dave got engaged.  (Dave, but not ew)
