Motion passes 4-1-many.] ghudson: We got two monitors today. They'll be replacing the VRC16's on zsr and limekiller. jweiss: Does the SIPB have plans to do with them? ghudson: No. kcr: Move to dispose of monitors at the discretion of the Office Czar in Charge of Special Operations. [Seconded. Motion passes 10-0-5.] jewell: It's been reported that the vt320 is working. Office Cleaning Report: jweiss: People should remember to take down cans during office cleaning. MIT Computing Report: ghudson: The patch release is going out to the dev cell tonight for both platforms. Computer Services: amu: The new newtex locker is nearly ready. People should test it by doing the equivalent of: add -f -a -t afs -m /mit/newtex -e /afs/sipb/project/tex-new yoav: Isn't the newtex locker already experimental? pipa: Lots of people use the sty files. kcr: How long will the test period be? amu: About a week, barring any problems. kcr: I'll create filsys info for it. mhpower: There have been hundreds of changes to dandelion-patch, and the only site to have accessed it since then was the Backrub Web Spider on backrub.stanford.edu.
