Minutes of the SIPB EC Meeting of 07/13/98

The meeting was called to order at 20:06 by elliot.

jhawk: What is the agenda?
elliot: Changes to the constitution.
jhawk: I would like the EC to consider whether to bring the new
constitution before the Board for approval. 

The EC considers this question, and decides that as the changes to be
considered have already been approved by the Board, re-approval is
unnecessary, and notification will be sufficent.

The EC goes over the last approved version and the changes and
compares their combination to the new version that jemorris has
produced. The new version is considered equivalent to the previously
approved version with the approved changes merged in.

Vote to approve the new Constitution: 6-0-0
