		costing around 600-700

	yak: 150 for one that should be able to do it
	xela: useful for explaining lack of security features
	jhawk: Useful for making legitimate copies or separating
		identification information
	
	tibbetts: We should get 5th ISDN phone.  The back phone
		migrates up front
	xela: or a shorter cable
	tibbetts: Might rather remove the front one costs additional
		$40/mo

	xela: According to NPR, Dell is sending the Dell Dude on
		extended vacation and plans to run a new ad campaign
		portraying Dell as "the hipper alternative to
		Macintosh".

	tibbetts: I tried to get a nokia cellphoen unlocked.  The
		sketchy Chinatown people tried to unlock it but it was
		in actually just broken.
	nim: How did you find these people?  Wander around waving a
		cellphone around in the air?
	tibbetts: I just went in a couple cellphone stores in
		Chinatown.

	golem: There is a lost popcorn kernel up here <on monolith>.
		If it is yours describe it and I will return them.

	xela: <chanelling belmonte> Irish writer Seamus Heaney, 1995
		Nobel Laureate in Literature, will be reading at 7pm
		Thursday in 10-250.  You should lift your noses out of
		your problem sets long enough to go hear him.  Come
		early if you want a seat.
                        
	tibbetts: Holiday walks that close down stuff suck.  Stupid
		women's walk.

	golem: "Penguicon is a combination Science Fiction Convention
		and Linux Expo" http://penguicon.sourceforge.net/ This
		must be the geekiest place on earth.
	tibbetts: Thats about as good as the "There is no Santa"
		convention announced on bugtrack today.
