	int18: I want to allocate money for some books, but I don't know
		if this is a good moment.  Move to allocate up to $80
		for Exceptional C++ and More Exceptional C++.
	merolish: I second that, because C++ is awesome.

	int18: The student center is closed on the 31st, and some of the
		clusters are closed because of electrical maintenance.
