It's geared towards server development as a whole and also encouraging students to create new plugins and mods. I've tried applying to grants by Mind and Hearts and the Coop, though haven't heard back yet. asahteck: I'm trying to get new swag created for SIPB (if anyone have design ideas let me know). [discussion of the process of a budget proposal] wmoses: Anyone can request a project allocation of up to $200 in-between meetings. Other: '() Other Other: quentin: Some famous mathematician claim that they have a new algorithm that can break RSA. bds: Recently there was a big Microsoft Exchange hack that took down a lot of mailing servers. asahteck: I'm working on yet another budget proposal on a telepresence robot. bds: Where will this bots be driven? asahteck: Campus, primarily. kjchen: Why are we doing a telepresence robot instead of an aircraft carrier? asahteck: B/c size?? I've been using that to water my plants. wmoses: I feel at a minimum, SIPB needs a Christmas light show. The meeting was adjourned at 19:46. Minutes taken and submitted by huydai.
