We recommend that the default license for SIPB documentation be the
dual license of
i)  the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike license, and
ii) the GNU Free Documentation License, with no Invariant Sections, no
    Front-Cover Texts, and no Back-Cover-Texts.
