Any policy enacted prior to the enactment of this policy that refers to
"members" or "prospectives" in the sense of the SIPB Constitution as of March
2016 shall be regarded as referring to "keyholders" and "members" in the sense
of the SIPB Constitution as of May 2017, respectively, until such a time that
it is updated to use the new terminology.
