Throughout, "prospective" refers to the definition as per the SIPB Constitution
as of March 2016, and "member" to the definition as per the SIPB Constitution
as of May 2017.

Any current MIT student who became a SIPB prospective prior to the enactment of
this policy will now be regarded as a SIPB member.
