Kevin,

Thanks for your prompt on this.  I have just called the schedules
office and had 6-120 put on hold for Thursday, September 4th
from 6:30pm until midnight.  I need someone on the SIPB signature
list to email schedule@mit.edu and confirm the reservation.
I was told that the list is currently: kretch, fubob, hartmans and sit.

Could you send the apropriate confirmation to schedule@mit.edu
and CC me on it so that I know it happenned?

Given this room reservation, tours would begin from 6-120 at 7pm.
