For everyone

   First stop - W91 - Tom Dalton (tdalton) will meet us at the door.
                   He will also join us for the rest of tours.  
   Second stop - N42 - Go to the front door; there's a phone with a
                   number to call to be let in after hours.  zacheiss
                   will be waiting.
   The tour will be unified up to this point.

   Intelligent Room
    
   Go to eighth floor of NE43.  There are signs pointing to the
   intelligent room.  The people there want the groups to view a brief
   video in an adjacent room before they actually do the demo.  They
   will tell you what to do.  They want at least a minute or two to
   set up between demos, so be sure that they are ready for you before
   you bring people in.


   Wearables Group

   Go to the media lab.  If the door is locked, there is a phone
   outside the building (by the entrance with stairs leading down to
   it is the description I was given).  Call 253 4696 to be let in.
   The wearables people are on the third floor.

Plan for three groups

       If there is a third group, then it's a pain because there isn't
       a third stop.  The basic idea is to have one group viewing the
       Intelligent Room video while the others are at the media lab
       and in the intelligent room, respectively.  So, 8th floor
       playroom means "plant people there for a few minutes until the
       intelligent room video thing is ready".  While you're in the
       playroom, you should invite the people on the tour to ask you
       questions about computing, UROPs, whatever.  This should
       interest them long enough to make things work out.  Also, if
       there are three groups and your group is at the Intelligent
       Room, go to the playroom and let the next group know when
       the Int Room folks are ready for them.
