FInal Exam
Our final exam will be held on Dec. 20 in duPont, 9:00am-12:00pm. Writing starts at 9:00am. It covers all material discussed in class throughout the semester, problems sets 1-13 and the corresponding reading material (see reading assignments link for sections).The final exam will be closed book; each student may bring
three
(double-sided) sheets of notes. No Matlab material will be
tested.
The instructors will be available to answer your questions beyond the final day of classes. Ivan and Emre will be avalable during their usual office hours on Thursday 12/15; all recitation instructors will be available (in their offices) during their respective recitation hours on Friday 12/16. Professor Hadjiconstantinou will be available Saturday 12/17, 3:00-6:00pm, and Monday 12/19, 5:00-7:00pm. The Monday session will be held in 3-270 and it will be a review session. Also feel free to make appointments with us at other times.

Quiz II
Quiz II will be held on November 21 at 3:30-5:00pm, in WalkerMemorial (50-340) . Writing starts at 3:35pm. Quiz II covers
all material discussed in class up to and including lecture 13
which corresponds to Chapters 1-6 as well as appendix B/1 in the
Meriam & Kraige textbook (see reading assignments link for sections), and Problem sets 1-9. Variational methods will not be
examined; however, solutions using the variational approach will be
accepted.
The test will be closed book; each student may bring two
(double-sided) sheets of notes. Calculators are not allowed.

Quiz 1
The 1st quiz (Oct 17th) will cover the material presented up to and including Dynamicalprinciples of systems of particles (Chapters 1-4).
