Field Trip, Course Evaluations

Hi all,

Firstly, congrats to all of you on your great projects and final presentations. Here are a couple of announcements.

Field Trip:
We will meet in the lobby of building 34 at 9:30AM and leave for Marlborough.

Course Evaluations:
When you get a chance, please go to http://web.mit.edu/subjectevaluation/ and complete the course evaluation forms. Your feedback is important to us, so we would greatly appreciate if you can spend a few minutes to fill out the forms. You will have until noon of December 16 to complete this.

Presentation Schedule

Hi all,

I have posted the schedule for the final project presentations. Please note the following:

- Please e-mail me the slides (PPT or PDF) by 9am the morning of your presentation
- The presentations should be 5/10/15 minutes for 1/2/3 member teams, with each person speaking for approximately the same amount of time. This will be followed by questions.
- During the presentation, I will hold up a sign to indicate that there is 1 minute remaining, upon which you will have 1 minute to wrap up. I would suggest that you practice the presentation beforehand to make sure you adhere to this time limit.

Project Presentations

Hi all,

The final project presentations will take place in two sessions, on Thursday 12/8 and Tuesday 12/13. Please e-mail me which day you would prefer by Monday 12/5, we will try to accommodate the preferences when we make the final schedule.

Please also note that the reports and technical summary sheet are due in 38-107 by 5PM on Tuesday, 12/6. The complete guidelines are available on Stellar.
