Those of you who submitted paper copies do not need to submit on Stellar. If for any reason you'd prefer to hand in a paper copy you may put it in the Professor's mailbox today at E62-543.

Dear Students:

As promised here are the reminders:

1. Please fill in the Channel Length Worksheet distributed in class (also posted on Stellar under Class 8 - Channels Session) and bring to class on 12/6 as we will go over it briefly
2. Value Projecr presentation guidelines are posted on Stellar under "General."  Presentations will be between 6-8 minutes with 2 minutes for Q&A.  We will have 7-8 teams (randomly selected) that present on 12/6 and the rest will present on 12/11.  Times will be strictly enforced to be fair.  Therefore please practice beforehand.  Project reports are due on 12/11.
3. Hot Topics deadline is 12/4 midnight on Stellar; however this is for extra credit only and so is optional - details in Appendix of syllabus
4. Guest speaker slides are posted on stellar under 11/26

Dear Students:

Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday.  This is just a friendly reminder for tomorrow's class:

1. Please read the "Silicon Graphics" brief case distributed in class and also posted on Stellar under Class 6.  We will discuss the case in class tomorrow.  Also, please remember that you will try to fill up the "Table" of the case using cannibalization metrics discussed in class and posted in the lecture slides of class 4. Please fill up the table (hand written is OK as well) and bring the hard copy with you to class.  You will give this to RJ after the case discussion  - please write your name before handing it in.
2. We will have a guest speaker, Steve Haggett, for the latter half of the class from Philips - Bio posted under "General" on Stellar.  He will stay for lunch right after class.  If you want to join him for lunch, please e-mail to RJ.  We will have 4-5 seats for students.
