Reimbursement Procedure

Hi all,

Thanks for a great semester! Hope you are enjoying the break.

I know there were a few groups that made their own purchases over the course of the project. If you need a personal reimbursement for your purchases, please provide me with the receipts and a summary list that breaks down the total amount you request to have reimbursed.

Hi all

We will start setting up the table from 9:30am tomorrow. Please come to the lobby AT LEAST by 10am. A few judges will start checking with each team starting 10:30.

Poster/Slides due SOON!

Hi all

In order to prepare the exhibition in time, please submit the poster soon. We will start printing in the afternoon. Please send the presentation slides (link please!!!) as well.

Final list of things to be done

Hi all

Due to the unexpected change of the schedule, we need to adjust a few things.

1. Poster due will be Wednesday noon (Dec. 9th noon)
2. The 'glamour shot'(roughly 3X4 aspect ratio) of your robot and robot name is due Monday night.
3. Second Peer review and the reflection report (1 page) will be due on Friday (Dec 11th)

4. We will give you free credit for the last two papers. The whole purpose of the paper reading is your benefit. (Actually, whole class is for your benefit). Please take a look. We will give full credit for all without checking the last two paper reading assignment.

This way we can mitigate too much of lagging of the class after the last day of the class. Hope this helps.

Lobby 7 Exhibition on Friday (12/11) NOT Wednesday

Hi all

We decided to move the exhibition date to Friday 11am since the space won't be available. The management team at MIT made a big mistake to double book the space for two different class.

You will need to start setting up from 10am. The formal exhibition will be 11:00~1:30. IF you cannot make for the entire time, you can make one hour.
Please let me know if you cannot make the exhibition at all.
