Final Exam and Subject Evaluations

Dear class,

The end of the semester is upon us. As you all know, the Final Exam will be on Monday, December 19th from 1:30pm to 4:30pm in Johnson Track. Please plan to arrive at the location up to 10 minutes before exam time so we can start in a timely manner.

To help you prepare for the final, we will be releasing practice problems for the final on Wednesday and there will be an optional review session on Thursday, 12/15 from 7pm - 10pm, location TBD. There will also be regular office hours this week as any other week. We will let you know if there are any changes. We are also working on getting all your problem sets graded and released before the final exam.

While the Final Exam will focus on material since the second midterm, it will generally be comprehensive of the topics covered during the entire term. You are allowed to bring 3 double sided A4/letter sized cheat sheets which may be printed or hand-written.

If you have already contacted us regarding special accomodations for the final exam, we will be reaching out to you soon. If you have not already contacted us, and you need special accomodations, please email 6.046-exceptions@mit.edu. Do this even if you have received accomodation for past exams and have not contacted us regarding the final exam.
