Hi everyone,

Your final papers will be in your folders by 5 p.m. today. If you have already left town and would like to know the grade you received on your final paper, email me and I can send it to you.

Thank you all for sharing so much over the course of the semester -- it's been a pleasure hearing your thoughts and reading your papers.

Best,

Preparation for Wednesday

Hi everyone,

After you have read the Doug Ready piece (“How Storytelling Builds Next-Generation Leaders”) for Wednesday, please gather as a team for half an hour to share the story that you would tell others to help build next-generation leaders. You can base this on previous work experience, or your time at Sloan. We ask that each team pick one of the 3-6 stories you shared, and pass that story on to the class on Wednesday. Each team will have ~4”, including time for questions from the rest of the class. We also ask you to remember that, in the Ready formula, context matters, so be sure to provide that as you introduce your story.

Let us know if you have any questions. Best,

Hannah
