15.402  Finance Theory II (meets with 15.412)

This is a reminder that the final exam will take place on Monday December 17 at 1.30pm. The exam is open book and will last two hours (i.e., from 1.30pm until 3.30pm). The room assignment depends on the first letter of your last name:

• Last name starting with A-J: Room E62-262
• Last name starting with K-Z: Room E62-276

Please make sure to be on time. Do not forget to bring a calculator.

The slides of the review session (12/11) are posted under tab "General".

The practice final exam (with solutions) is posted under tab "General".

The course documents for the sessions on APV & WACC and company valuation (including practice problems and case questions for Dixon and Cooper) have been posted. The schedule is as follows:

• Tuesday 11/27: lecture "APV and WACC"
• Thursday 11/29: lecture: "Valuing a Company"
• Tuesday 12/4: case study "Dixon"
• Thursday 12/6: case study "Cooper"

Note that the first session (on 11/27) will provide the tools you need to work on Dixon, while the second session (on 11/29) will provide the tools for Cooper.

There will be no class on 11/22 due to the Thanksgiving holiday. We will resume on Tuesday 11/27 with the lecture on APV & WACC.
