Errata - problem 1(f) in quiz two

It appears there is a bug in problem 1(f).
The correct answer is not as given
R = (ˆa1 ˆa2 ˆa3)−1(ˆb1 ˆb2 ˆb3)
but something similar (perhaps a and b interchanged, perhaps the inverse is on the wrong 3 x 3 matrix etc.).

deadline for HWP#4 extended by one week

Since there won't be office hours Wednesday 7th, and since unit quaternions and eigenvalues may be new to some of you, the deadline for HWP#4 has been extended by one week. Please take the opportunity to read the material posted here about rotations and unit quaternions and about eigenvalues and eigenvectors.
