Information:
The purpose of this course is to introduce Ph. D. students to the major areas of research in marketing strategy. The course aims to prepare students to analyze, understand and critique the literature on marketing strategy. We will meet once each week for 3 hours. Students should come to lecture having prepared the assigned materials and ready to discuss and answer questions. Attendance and participation in all class sessions is an important aspect of student performance. For each session, some readings are primary (and are marked by an asterisk) and others are secondary. The class discussions will focus on the primary readings but when appropriate I will also review the secondary readings. For each class there will be appropriate lectures.
