2.S972  Developing Technologies for Music and Health

One of the themes we will be exploring this semester is music and disabilities.
There are two directions to this topic (and probably more):
1. Can technology help us measure and improve the way music can treat diseases and/or communicate with people for whom language is not effective (autism, dementia, brain trauma, etc);
2. Can people with disabilities use technology to more effectively create music.
To help us focus on this second topic, we're pleased to be hosting Chi Kim on Friday Sep 16th.
