MIT Hong Kong Innovation
Node
with
MIT Kickstart
2016
through which
11 MIT Innovation
Initiative/MISTI-China-sponsored
students
went to Hong Kong and Shenzhen for 8 days
in June to work with 11 students from Hong Kong universities on
manufacturing innovations, product prototyping, and pitching their
product ideas. We will be sending
15 more MIT students to Hong Kong
and Shenzhen over IAP 2017
to participate with Hong Kong students in
the new
MIT Entrepreneurship and Maker
Skills Integrator (MEMSI). Meet Brian Yen and Marina

internships
at multinational and Chinese companies in
Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Taipei. New and
expanded opportunities with start-up companies, finance companies,

Initiatives (CETI)
teaching opportunities in areas of STEM,
product design, entrepreneurship, team building, and cross cultural
topics at universities (and a few high schools) in Kunming,
Chengdu, Yulin Shaanxi, Xi’an, Xining / Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau,
Wuhan, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
