Unfortunately, the Registrar's system will not allow instructors to submit grades until they are ALL sorted out -- and I had to wait until a late submission for the full semester course was done.

Dear Class,
The Registrar will not permit me to post the grades for the 6 unit course, to my great regret, even thought I have graded everyone including the make-up quizzes.
This is due to some quirk in the system and it is unfortunately beyond my control...
I could explain their reason, but it's boring...

Now that the make-up quiz has been scheduled and administered, I have posted the solution set.
It is under "general" on the course web site.

The class did very well, I am happy to report -- congratulations on your good work!

You can pick up your individual exams from Mr. Ed Ballo, room E17-373, during normal office hours.
To protect everyone's privacy he will only give you your exam -- don't expect to pick up those of others.

Hi everyone

We (Xin and I) are in the process of correcting the quizzes.  I hope that I can get back to you by Monday -- but my priority is doing it right.
Once graded, I will make the available to you for pickup at my office.

By the way, here's my policy of complaints about the grader's attribution of points. 
1) I recognize that the grader may make mistakes.
2) If you believe that you paper was unfairly graded, I will personally regrade the entire paper (since errors can be of type 1 and 2 -- by error both adding and subtracting points).
