SuperFriday recitation

Hola all,
Tomorrow Friday in the recitation we shall discuss the different premises - under which regulation is based - in developing and developed countries, and the implications. There is a paper uploaded in Stellar on the topic.
We shall also examine some interesting issues in the regulation of distribution and the RPI-X method that we could not cover on Wednesday.

HW5 statement completed, today's recitation and... it is FRIDAY!!!

Hola all,
Please, find in Stellar the completed statement of HW5. Solutions are due Wednesday Nov 7.
In today's recitation Pablo Duenas, Stephen and I will go over REM again. First, presenting some results of its utilization and showing what to expect when doing sensitivity analysis. Second, discussing with you the strengths and limitations of REM, for different types of applications.
A great event to finish Friday! (and very helpful, although not mandatory) to solve HW5...
Remember that in the Monday class we shall discuss the questions that are open to debate in HW2, 3 and 4. Try to read what you said and be prepared to defend it!
