Error Discovered and Corrected!
I apologize; I made an error in some numbers I supplied in the
Steam Distillation document. The mass transfer coefficient
and interfacial area have been updated (and look much more
satisfactory); they are marked in the revised writeup. Please
update them in your calculations.
