No problem set for next week

Dear class,

please note we have made a slight change to the syllabus. Besley, Coate and Loury (1993) is no longer a required reading and you will have no problem set due next week. The next problem set will be due Nov 30 and will be about Foster and Rosenzweig (1995).
Let me also remind you that next week we will only meet on Monday, Nov 21 and we will have no class on Wednesday, Nov 23. It is not an official MIT Holiday but we are taking a break for Thanksgiving. Morevoer, there will be no recitation next week.
